When you feel good about where and how you live, where you lay your head down to rest each night and the next day ahead, life changes for the better.  If you care how you are contributing to the reduction or cessation of harmful products ending up in our water supplies, air, landfills, waterways and oceans, but need a little support in how to do that, I can help. It's a process, rather than a one time event. It is easier to stick with things when we approach them with care, systematically and with support. Even if you just wish to pare down and get organized, this helps reduce the chance of duplicate purchases and wasted time and energy looking for things. It also reduced over consuming and that helps Mother Earth too.

Everything is comprised of energy. We are made up of 50 trillion cells. Within each cell are atoms, and inside the cell, electrons and protons, always in motion. Energy! We radiate energy out and take energy in from our surroundings. Even our thoughts are energy. When your surroundings are cluttered, too busy with items, or you feel guilt around using products you know are polluting or piling up in landfills, your feelings and thoughts cause a decrease in your vibration and energy. I am here to help! You can make minor or major changes, it is up to you, but even minor changes can help the planet and help you feel better. And be the baby steps to something greater.
