Simply knowing isn't enough or we would have all done what we "needed to do" long ago.

What is a Transformation Facilitator? I have trainings as well as innate talents. I weave them all together to support and guide what is needed in your unique journey. Through conversations, teachings, practices and follow up and through, shifts begin to happen in your life. Training the mind to notice and celebrate those shifts, be they wonderful or scary, continues our progression toward a life experience full of more joy, energy, time, and love.

Hourly Rate$55/hr.Start here to get to know me, feel if this is a right fit for you. Both in person and Zoom connections are possible.

Commit & Save$45/hr.When you commit to five or more sessions with me I discount the rate. This reflects your commitment to the time and work and provides a higher likelihood of success.

Remote Healing$25Sessions run about 20-30 min. and are done offline.
